Your ticket price covers the cost of putting the event on, so anything you can raise will go directly to helping local children and their families who rely on Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust or James Hopkins Trust for support every day! It is a 5K (3.1 miles) course, made up of two 2.5k laps. You do not have to complete both laps and can finish after 2.5km and will still receive your medal. Remember it's not a race so you can walk, dance, skip your way through the course - you don't have to run!
Yes - however we recommend over 4's only to ensure they keep their sunglasses on to protect their eyes from the powdered paint. If you wish for your under 4 to take part - they will still require a ticket but we accept no responsibility for their health and safety and is solely the discretion of the parent or guardian.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We recommend wearing a white t-shirt to show up the colours. Comfortable shoes and trainers you don't mind getting dirty are also a must. Please be aware you will be covered in powdered paint and whilst it is washable make take a few washes to remove all colours.
Dogs are not permitted within the Event Village or on the course.
The course is generally pushchair and wheelchair-friendly, although they will be covered in paint so please bear this in mind.
